After 54 years of independence day and 30 years of opportunity living in a peaceful country(alhamdulillah), this is my first time physically being there at Dataran Merdeka. Usually it’s me on the sofa watching parade snippets in the news. The parade starts literally 8am. I arrived there around 7:40 something and surprisingly the place is already stuffed with Malaysians and tourists. The vibes was overwhelming where you will automatically feel 100 times more proud being a Malaysian.
Being in the crowd was never my thing. *dislike* It makes taking photos almost impossible. This explains the only 14 piece of photos for viewing here. (Out of 700++ craps. Alasan. LOL)
Forgive me, I think i’ve lost my photography mojo T_T
Anyways enjoy.
Total 14 photos.

Proud to be Malaysian!

2. When you're late, there's no freakin' way to see the marching parade. Finding a higher place to overlook the crowd is golden.

3. Raise the colors! (and a curious toddler too)

4. Kerahan tenaga! Yeahoooo! haha.

5. One of our proud product, Upin and Ipin. Twins made in Malaysia, bald and ballsy.

6. I always amazed how in the world did they withstand the heat when wearing 2 or 3 layers of clothes in the scorching hot day.

7. Well, honestly not the best march i've seen but the boots are shiny tho.

8. Ridiculously hot but they are enjoying it.

9. Follow the sign.

10. I believe somebody angkat panel "TEPUK".

11. The boss yelling hell yeah! You guys rocks!

12. The lovely couple heading home. So sad. We miss you!

13. Yeah i think they missed him.

14. I think he is the art director or whatever you may call him but he is the man behind the show.
